I had mistakenly ordered two pairs of glasses through the US site. The US office contacted me and sorted my order with one on back-order, then when they saw it was taking a while to be in stock they wrote directly to me and asked if they could replace it with something else so that I could get my order sooner.
How I wish all businesses operated their customer service at this level of 'personal'. Amazing. I always show my friends my BB's and stacks of them have ordered from the site.
I truly would not use any other brand after this experience and I was already loyal.
