Simple and easy to use.
1/ Your ear plugs will fit in your left or right ear.
2/ Holding the moon shape of the ear plug gently insert the ear tip into your ear canal.
3/ Twist the moon shape until it fits comfortably within your ear lobe with the pointy tips of the moon shape facing backwards.
4/ To remove, hold the moon shape, gently twist and pull. Then place in the carry case.

I bought these earplugs for sleeping. As a neurodivergent, I hear every little thing at night and they all keep me awake. Since getting these earplugs, I have slept more solidly throughout the night. A side-sleeper, they hurt my ears less than other brands I’ve tried, although they still do hurt a bit as they press on the cartilage. It comes with less trims than similarly-priced alternative brands; the case doesn’t have a molded inside for the earplugs to sit in - they just roll about in the hard plastic case. Also, it’s hard to open the case: the first few times I was having to apply a lot of pressure to the case to get it to open, causing one or both earplugs to fling across the room. I eventually worked out it’s better to squeeze the front & back which makes the lid open. It shuts with a click which is not great for late at night or early in the morning when my husband is asleep next to me. They’re pretty good function-wise; I just wish the case was better quality and that they didn’t hurt my ears.

I've tried a number of different ear plugs for sleeping and these are the only ones I can sleep in. It would be better if the external part was a little smaller, but it's still much better than any other brand I've tried.
