What's included:

3 sizes of ear tips - S, M, L
1 plastic case to store your ear plugs and spare tips.
Simple and easy to use.
1/ Your ear plugs will fit in your left or right ear.
2/ Holding the moon shape of the ear plug gently insert the ear tip into your ear canal.
3/ Twist the moon shape until it fits comfortably within your ear lobe with the pointy tips of the moon shape facing backwards.
4/ To remove, hold the moon shape, gently twist and pull. Then place in the carry case.

Unfortunately, they weren’t for me! throughout the night they kept falling out and when they wouldn’t fall out, I found that I would wake up in the morning with sore ears as I am a side sleeper. However, when I initially did have them in my ears, they do definitely help to some degree with noise.
